Mark Linaugh is chief talent officer at WPP, the world leader in communications services with 175,000 people in 110 countries. Based in New York, Linaugh has served in this role since 2005. Previously, he was chief talent officer for Ogilvy and Mather, vice president of human resources for Time Inc., and vice president of human resources for Nortel Networks. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University. As a student, Linaugh was a member of Kappa Sigma, played lacrosse, and was a President's Aide. Currently, he serves on the Class of '84 Reunion Gift Committee. He is married to Janice Sweetser Linaugh and they have two daughters.
