Raelene Wagoner '87, is Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Customer Value Partners (CVP).  She has over 25 years of experience in technology firms as an HR executive, consulting delivery leader, and engineer. She focused on creating and optimizing HR organizations. She has led the HR components of several mergers and acquisitions, as well as international experience in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Before joining CVP, Raelene spent 7 years as the HR executive in Mantas, a software company, and over 12 years at SRA International as a consulting delivery leader.  Raelene holds a BS in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. Raelene is a Trustee on the William and Mary Foundation, Board member of the William and Mary Career Center Employer Advisory Board, and a Board member of the Loudoun Symphony.

Jennifer Bainbridge MBA '06, owns and operates the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia Corps Team franchise after spending more than 13 years in IT Leadership in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Jennifer has extensive experience in all areas of the software development lifecycle with an emphasis on Agile practices and software quality. With this expertise, she has regularly led seminars and classes on evolving IT technology during the past four years. She also has extensive international management experience including offshore and nearshore IT staffing solutions. Jennifer graduated with an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BA from Barnard College.
