Why Engaging Alumni Matters

For Alumni

Engaging alumni in volunteer opportunities creates meaningful ways to strengthen their connections to the university while:

  • Giving back through mentorship, speaking, and advising
  • Expanding their own professional and personal networks
  • Strengthening your sense of belonging and possibility by connecting with students whose identities, experiences and aspirations reflect your own
  • Sharing your knowledge and experiences while also learning from students, creating a mutually enriching exchange

For Faculty
