
Harold is a director in the Valuation and Forensic Services (VFS) Practice of Keiter, a certified public accounting and consulting firm located in Richmond, Virginia. He was formerly the partner-in-charge of the VFS Practice and a member of Keiter’s Executive and Partner Compensation Committees. He is also the managing director of the Financial Consulting Group, the leading organization of independently owned valuation, forensic and financial consulting firms in North America. He was previously a director of financial advisory services for Coopers & Lybrand, a senior manager in management consulting services for Price Waterhouse and a direct loan officer at First & Merchants National Bank.
Harold is an adjunct professor at the W&M Raymond A. Mason School of Business and has taught forensic accounting in the Master of Accounting program for 20 years. He has also served as a guest lecturer for the M.B.A. program and at the W&M Law School.
He graduated from W&M in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in English. While attending W&M, he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. As an alumnus, he is currently a member of the W&M Alumni Association Board of Directors and was formerly the president and a member of the Board of Directors of the W&M Alumni Society-Greater Richmond Chapter. Harold and his wife, Lela Early Martin ’79, also served on the Class of 1979’s 20th and 25th Year Reunion Committees and the Alumni Admissions Network.
