Appointed to the board in 2021, Willis is the executive vice president for Global Technology Strategy and Enterprise Program Management at Chubb in Philadelphia. A business-oriented technologist that is passionate about leveraging technology to enable and accelerate business strategies and create differentiating customer experiences and solutions that transform markets, Willis has held increasingly demanding positions in technolgy with Cigna Healthcare, Wellpoint, and Inovalon. A proud member of the Class of '99, Willis also holds a master's degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, a master's degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and his doctorate in health sciences in Global Health from the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences. Outside of his business requirements, he is an active board member for the Boys & Girls Club of America (Hartford), and of the Connecticut Cycling Advancement Program.
