Facebook Group Comment Policy

Facebook groups and pages are a resource for W&M alumni, parents, family and friends. The primary goal of the group is to share official W&M news and events, but group members also should feel comfortable using the regional group as a way to source and share information and advice, meet fellow alumni, parents, family and friends, and sell items. We encourage group members to participate and engage by posting, commenting and interacting with others, and expect that remarks will be on-topic and respectful of the rights and opinions of others.

Group moderators reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove posts or comments that are racist, sexist, abusive, profane, violent, obscene, spam, that advocate illegal activity, contain falsehoods or are wildly off-topic, duplicate, or that libel, incite, threaten or make ad hominem attacks on members of the W&M community, guests or other individuals.
