Favorite thing about W&M: I loved that W&M was a place that valued your authentic self. So much of life is caught up in superficial nonsense - it was so refreshing to be in a place that valued your whole self. 

What do you hope to accomplish?: I think there is a real opportunity to enable young alumni to help each other to find careers they love. Life is too short to be working in jobs/industries/sectors that you personally don't care for.
