Thank you for your interest in supporting W&M’s effort to share the best of the Tribe with prospective and admitted students.

A joint program of the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the Alumni Association, the Admission Volunteer Network offers several opportunities to engage with prospective and admitted students.

How can you help?

• Represent William & Mary at a college fair near you
• Draft hand-written congratulatory notes to admitted students
• Participate in or host an admitted student welcome reception
• Share career experiences with current and prospective students
• Volunteer for other opportunities as they arise

Your Commitment to W&M:

• Join the network for a minimum of one year
• Complete pre-event requirements and share post-event feedback
• Attend an annual training either online or on campus

Our Commitment to You:

• Provide up-to-date training and university information
• Supply materials needed for college fairs and events
• Support and recognize volunteer efforts
