The Common Application

Last year, more than one million students used The Common Application to apply to nearly 700 colleges and universities — including William & Mary. We invite parents of high school students at all grade levels to join Common App staff for an overview of the application system, support tools, and college admission and financial aid planning resources.
Scott Anderson is The Common Application's senior director for access and education. He has more than 20 years of experience helping students and families navigate the college admission process.
He is joined by Meredith Lombardi, associate director of outreach and education for The Common Application. A former public school counselor, she brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to the organization's outreach efforts.
