Familia: W&M Latino Alumni Association

As an integral part of the Wiliam & Mary Alumni Association, Familia consists of alumni who self-identify as Latino, Latina, Latinx, Hispanic or Chicano who are working to create community at William & Mary. Latino/a/e alumni work with the Latin American Studies Program faculty, the Cuba Media Initiative, the Latin-American Student Union (LASU), Hispanic Studies faculty and other Latin-American focused campus constituencies to actively engage with William & Mary.

Thanks to the foundational work led by the Latinx Leadership Circle from 2019 – 2021.

Exciting news for William & Mary: The university moved from a 4.0 to a 4.5 out of 5 on the National Campus Pride Index in 2023!
